Appointment Etiquette

At Norfolk Skin Atelier, we request that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration. If you are running late please contact the studio. Your treatment time will be cut short to ensure therapists are not late for other clients.

Online bookings

To secure your online booking you will be required to make a £20 deposit payment. This amount will be deducted from your total on-day treatment.

Cancellation Policy for appointments 
Life happens so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide us with minimum 24hrs notice prior to your appointment time, to avoid a late cancelation fee.

 If you reschedule your appointment, your Booking Fee will be redeemable at your next scheduled appointment or a refund will be issued, provided that you have given us at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you fail to provide sufficient notice (being at least 24 hours), your £20 Booking deposit will NOT be redeemed.

At Norfolk Skin Atelier we do our best to remind you of future appointments by sending a notification reminder via email and SMS 48 hours prior to Your scheduled appointment.

We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, please phone the studio on 07947103355 or email norfolkskin@gmail.com if you cannot make your booking. In the event that you DO NOT SHOW to your appointment scheduled, the failure to show for your treatment booked will result in FULL charges of appointment time. This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending your scheduled appointment & to protect our interest in the incident of late cancellations or no-shows.
